Irish Stew with Cheddar Dumplings

- q 12 oz package Gary’s QuickSteak Sirloin Beef
- 1 pkg Wow! Seasoning (included with QuickSteak)
- 1/4 lb Bacon, sliced into 2” pieces
- 4 stalks Celery, diced
- 3 Carrots, sliced, or 14 Baby Carrots, sliced
- 12 Baby Potatoes, quartered
- 10 Pearl onions, or ½ onion, diced
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1/4 C Tomato Paste
- 1 12 oz bottle Guinness
- 4 C Chicken Broth
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 tsp dried Thyme
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch, more if needed
- 1/2 lb Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced
- Sliced green onions (Optional)
- Curly Parsley, chopped (Optional)
Prepare pearl onions (if using). Bring a small saucepan of water to a boil, drop pearl onions, into water for approx. 30 seconds. Remove from saucepan, remove skins, and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350˚ F.
Cook the bacon in large, deep cast iron skillet over medium heat.
Remove bacon from skillet, set aside.
Pour all but 1 tbsp bacon grease from skillet into a heatproof container.
Add Gary's QuickSteak Sirloin Beef to skillet and sauté, add packet of Wow! Seasoning to beef as it cooks. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add chopped celery and garlic to skillet and sauté until celery is softened, being careful not burn the garlic.
Add Guinness and Worcestershire sauce to skillet. Bring to a simmer.
Add seasoned beef back to skillet and stir in chicken broth, tomato paste, bay leaf, and thyme. Bring to a simmer.
Add potatoes, carrots, and prepared onions.
Add 1 tbsp water to cornstarch to make a slurry and pour into simmering beef and vegetable mixture. Stir into cooking stew.
Add sliced mushrooms and simmer an additional 10 minutes uncovered until stew has thickened and mushrooms are cooked through
Add cooked bacon, turn heat to low setting.
Prepare dumplings; in a medium bowl, stir together self-rising flour and garlic powder, cut in shortening until mixture resembles small peas, stir in cheddar cheese, and add milk and stir until dry ingredients are just moistened.
Using a small scoop make small balls with the dough and place them on top of the stew. They will grow as they cook so leave ample room between each dumpling.
Place the stew into preheated oven and bake uncovered until the dumplings are browning and cooked through, approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Garnish stew with sliced onions and chopped parsley if desired.

Carne en su Jugo (or meat in its juices) is a flavorful stew native to Mexico. In this version, we used Gary's QuickSteak Sirloin Beef alongside traditional ingredients to create the ultimate comfort dish!

Carne En Su Jugo

- 1 12 oz package Gary’s QuickSteak Sirloin Beef
- 1 pkg Wow! Seasoning (included with Gary’s QuickSteak)
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 6 slices Bacon, cut in 2” pieces
- 3-4 Tomatillos, husks removed, quartered
- 2-3 Serrano chili peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1 large clove Garlic, crushed
- 1/2 C Water
- 3 C Beef Broth
- 2 cans Pinto Beans (15.5 ounce)
- 1/2 Onion, diced
- 6 Tbsp chopped Cilantro
- 1 Lime, cut into wedges
Combine the serrano peppers, crushed garlic, tomatillos, and water in a small saucepan over high heat to bring to a boil. Cover and lower heat to medium-medium low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove pan from heat and allow to cool. Pour the boiled contents into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
Cook the bacon in a large, heavy 3-quart stockpot until crisp--about 10 minutes. Remove and drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Pour all but one tbsp bacon grease from pot into a heatproof container.
Place QuickSteak Sirloin beef into stockpot. Sauté until meat begins to steam on the top and turn meat over and break apart with spatula. Add Wow! Seasoning and black pepper.
Pour the tomatillo mixture over the cooked beef and seasonings. Stir together and bring to a boil.
Add beef broth and 2 cans of pinto beans into the beef mixture. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and bring to a simmer.
When heated through, stir cooked bacon into the beef mixture and then add to bowls. Garnish each bowl with cilantro, diced onion, and a lime wedge.

- 1 12 oz package Gary’s QuickSteak Sirloin Beef
- 1 pkg Wow! Seasoning (included in QuickSteak package)
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Thyme
- 1/3 C Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Onion, finely diced
- 1 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar (any other Vinegar may be substituted)
- 1/4 tsp Herbs De Provence
- 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3 C packaged Cabbage Slaw Mix
- 4 Kaiser Bread Rolls
- 4 slices Swiss Cheese
- Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)
In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, Herbs De Provence, smoked paprika, salt and sugar.
Place packaged Cabbage Slaw Mix and diced onions in medium bowl, pour mayonnaise dressing over slaw mixture, mix lightly, set aside.
In a large skillet cook Gary's QuickSteak Sirloin Beef according to package directions, adding Wow! Seasoning, oregano, cayenne pepper, and thyme. After meat is flipped, stir to mix in the spices.
When meat has completed cooking, top with cheese slices and set aside.
For each sandwich: using a large spatula, place beef with melted cheese slice on top of bottom half of roll. Top with scoop of cabbage mixture, sprinkle with red pepper flakes (if desired) and cover with top half of roll.

- 1 12 oz package QuickSteak Sirloin Beef
- 1 package Wow! Seasoning (included with Gary’s QuickSteak Sirloin Beef)
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1/2 Green Pepper, diced
- 1/2 Red Pepper, diced
- 1/4 C Steak Sauce
- 1 C Beef Broth
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp Water
- 4 Hamburger Buns
- 4 slices Provolone Cheese
Add Gary's QuickSteak Sirloin Beef to large skillet and prepare according to package directions. Sprinkle beef with Wow! Seasoning when meat begins to cook. When browned, remove from skillet and set aside.
Add oil to skillet, sauté onions with green and red peppers.
When onions are softened and translucent, add prepared QuickSteak beef, beef broth and steak sauce to skillet. Bring mixture to a boil, continue to cook until thickened.
While sauce thickens, split hamburger buns, butter each side and place buns under oven broiler until lightly browned and golden. (Watch closely as they can burn)
Add sliced cheese to top of thickened beef in skillet, let it melt.
Scoop beef and melted cheese onto bottom bun half and top with remaining bun tops. Serve immediately

- 1 12 oz Package Gary’s QuickSteak Sirloin Beef
- 1 Wow! Seasoning Package (included with Gary’s QuickSteak Sirloin Beef)
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1/2 Green Pepper, sliced
- 1/2 Red Pepper, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 4 oz Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Loaf French Bread, cut in half lengthwise
- 1/3 C Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 8 oz Provolone Cheese, 8 to 10 slices
Preheat oven to 400 ̊ F.
Prepare Gary's QuickSteak Sirloin Beef according to package directions Add package of Wow! Seasoning and Worcestershire Sauce. Stir to combine.
Slide meat to one side of skillet. Add butter and begin to melt, then add diced peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Sauté two to three minutes, set aside.
Place bread on cookie sheet.
Mix mayonnaise with mustard, spread on both halves of bread.
Place 6 to 8 slices of the provolone cheese on top of mayonnaise mixture, top with beef and vegetables, layer with remaining cheese slices.
Cook 10 to 15 minutes on middle oven rack until browned and cheese is bubbly
Cut into three-inch slices, serve immediately

A quick and easy Beef Italiano made with Gary's QuickSteak Sirloin Beef.

- 1 12 oz. Package Gary’s QuickSteak Beef
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 clove Garlic – crushed
- 1/2 C Onion – diced
- 2 cans Tomato Sauce 8 oz. each
- 2 Tbsp Cooking Sherry
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 pkg Wow! Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- Rigatoni Pasta or Spaghetti
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Fresh Chopped Basil
Prepare beef according to package directions.
Add onions and garlic to pan with beef, sauté 2 to 3 minutes or until onion becomes translucent.
In medium bowl mix tomato sauce, cooking sherry, oregano, WOW Seasoning and cornstarch.
Pour sauce mix over cooked beef and onions, gently stir.
Heat beef mixture until sauce thickens.
Serve over hot rigatoni pasta or spaghetti.
Top with grated parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil.

Beef and Pasta Chili

- 1 12 oz. Package Gary’s QuickSteak Beef
- 1/2 C Onion – diced
- 1 pkg Wow! Seasoning
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 3 C Tomato Juice
- 2 C Beef Broth
- 1 14 oz. can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 6 oz. can Tomato Paste
- 8 oz Spiral Pasta - Uncooked
Place beef in a Dutch Oven and prepare beef according to package directions.
Once beef is no longer pink, add onions, sauté 2 to 3 minutes or until onion is translucent.
Stir in all the seasonings.
Add tomato juice, beef broth, tomato paste and diced tomatoes, mix all together and bring to a boil.
Add pasta, simmer covered, 18-20 minutes, or until pasta is tender.

Beef Stuffed Peppers
Give traditional stuffed peppers a twist using Gary's QuickSteak Sirloin Beef!
Beef Stuffed Peppers

- 1 12 oz. Package Gary’s QuickSteak Beef
- 8 Green Peppers, medium
- 1/2 C Water
- 1 14-1/2oz can Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 pkg Wow! Seasoning
- 1 8.8voz. Package Uncle Ben’s Ready Rice
- 2 C Mexican Cheese Blend
Preheat oven to 375°. Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds.
Place ½ cup water on the bottom of a shallow microwave safe pan and place green peppers upside down in pan and microwave for 8 minutes on high.
Take peppers from microwave, remove from water and set aside.
Prepare beef according to package directions, add Wow! seasoning, cumin, diced tomatoes and green chilies, stir together.
Add rice to beef mixture and heat through.
Place 2 tbsp cheese into bottom of each green pepper, fill each pepper with meat mixture and place into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Top each pepper with 2 additional tbsp. cheese blend.
Cover with foil and bake 20-25 minutes, remove foil and top with remaining cheese blend, bake an additional 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and peppers are tender.

Steak and Bruschetta Sandwich
This simple sandwich is anything but plain! Made with Gary's QuickSteak sirloin, it only takes a matter of minutes to cook!
Steak and Bruschetta Sandwich

- 1 4oz Gary’s QuickSteak Sirloin puck
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1 oz chopped garlic
- 4 oz diced tomato
- 1/2 Tbsp diced cilantro
- 1/2 Tbsp Balsamic Glaze
- 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ciabatta roll, split
- 2 oz olive oil
- Garlic powder and parmesan cheese to sprinkle
- 1 3 oz slice of buffalo mozzarella
Split Ciabatta roll, evenly coat with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic/parm blend. Toast to golden brown.
Heat oil in large pan to 350 F, Place steak and garlic in and let sizzle for 30 seconds.
Gently flip steak and do not allow slices to break apart.
Add cheese and finish cooking steak, place on toasted ciabatta roll.
Mix oil, cilantro, tomato and balsamic glaze together and top steak and cheese.

Asian Noodle Bowl
A noodle bowl rich in flavor and easy to create using Gary's QuickSteak Sirloin.
Asian Noodle Bowl

- 1 4oz Gary’s QuickSteak Sirloin puck
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- 2 oz sliced green onion
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 1 oz chopped garlic
- 4 oz Asian veggie blend
- 1/2 C Stir-fry sauce
- 4 oz Yaki Sobi Noodles
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Boil noodles according to package, drain and toss in sesame oil.
Heat oil in large pan or Wok to 350 F, Place steak and all the veggies in and let sizzle for 30 seconds.
Flip steak, let cook 20 seconds, separate slices and mix in veggies.
Finish cooking steak then thoroughly mix in sauce.
Fill bowl with noodles and top with steak and veggie mixture then sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
