If you are not satisfied with the flavor of any of Gary’s QuickSteak® products for any reason, call us and we will make it right.
Our products are perishable and need to stay frozen. Glenn Valley Foods (parent company of Gary’s QuickSteak® and Wow! seasoning) is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered.
We wish we could ensure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third party carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS), but we simply cannot. To enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our products, you must make the necessary arrangements beforehand to ensure your product remains frozen until you can place it in a freezer. If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, because of its perishability, we must dispose of the contents and you will not be refunded.
