This Breakfast Bagel Steak Sandwich is made using Gary’s QuickSteak Sirloin!
Breakfast Bagel Steak Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 4 oz Gary’s QuickSteak Sirloin puck
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- 2 oz diced onion
- 2 oz diced pepper
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 1 Bagel, sliced and toasted
- 1 pasteurized shell egg
- 1 Tbsp butter
- To taste, WOW seasoning
Instructions
- Heat oil in large Teflon pan to 350 degrees F, place steak, onion and peppers in and let sizzle for 30 seconds.
- Flip steak, let cook 20 seconds, separate slices and mix in peppers and onions.
- Finish cooking steak and arrange mixture into around the same size as the bagel.
- Add cheese and melt then place steak and cheese on bottom half of toasted bagel.
- Using butter, fry the egg to your preference and lay on top of steak/cheese then cover with top half of toasted bagel.
