Beef and Pasta Chili

Ingredients
  

  • 1 12 oz. Package Gary’s QuickSteak Beef
  • 1/2 C Onion – diced
  • 1 pkg Wow! Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 3 C Tomato Juice
  • 2 C Beef Broth
  • 1 14 oz. can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 6 oz. can Tomato Paste
  • 8 oz Spiral Pasta - Uncooked

Instructions
 

  • Place beef in a Dutch Oven and prepare beef according to package directions.
  • Once beef is no longer pink, add onions, sauté 2 to 3 minutes or until onion is translucent.
  • Stir in all the seasonings.
  • Add tomato juice, beef broth, tomato paste and diced tomatoes, mix all together and bring to a boil.
  • Add pasta, simmer covered, 18-20 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
