This Irish Stew with Cheddar Dumplings is a great comfort meal made with Gary’s QuickSteak

Beef and Pasta Chili
Don’t let this comfort food fool you, it can be made super quick using Gary’s QuickSteak Sirloin Beef!

Beef and Pasta Chili
Ingredients
- 1 12 oz. Package Gary’s QuickSteak Beef
- 1/2 C Onion – diced
- 1 pkg Wow! Seasoning
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 3 C Tomato Juice
- 2 C Beef Broth
- 1 14 oz. can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 6 oz. can Tomato Paste
- 8 oz Spiral Pasta – Uncooked
Instructions
- Place beef in a Dutch Oven and prepare beef according to package directions.
- Once beef is no longer pink, add onions, sauté 2 to 3 minutes or until onion is translucent.
- Stir in all the seasonings.
- Add tomato juice, beef broth, tomato paste and diced tomatoes, mix all together and bring to a boil.
- Add pasta, simmer covered, 18-20 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
